For those looking for a more intimate space, the first-floor one-bedroom apartment (about 50 sqm) offers a bedroom, a bathroom, and a living area with kitchenette and sofa bed, plus two balconies — one of which is a scenic spot fitted with a canopy, table and chairs: the perfect place for a sunset aperitivo.
